How will you receive your package?
When your Miove order arrives, you won't just open a box, you'll open a small experience.
Your products will travel carefully wrapped, with a soft perfume that will remind you of your childhood 😊.
Each product comes with a label, a lollipop (because we love sweetening your day 🍭), and a thank you card written by me.
A handcrafted detail, designed to make you feel the excitement with which I created it from the very beginning.
Production and shipping
Each order is prepared at the time of receipt.
Production time is approximately 15 days.
We do not have stock, the production process begins once the purchase is made.
Once the order is completed, it is sent through an official company: Correos, GLS, etc.
Care
Hand wash in cold or warm water. Machine wash at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, with a short wash cycle and gentle spin.
We advise against leaving wet garments for too long, as they may stretch or become deformed.
Also hang them inside out to avoid damaging the fabric colors with direct sunlight.
Do not use a dryer.
Exchanges and returns
The customer has 15 calendar days from receiving the package to return it.
The cost of returning the package will be borne by the customer. Unless it's our fault (wrong product or embroidery), in which case the brand will cover the shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized items (fabrics, names, initials, dates, numbers, etc.) or garments with any type of modification made at the customer's request.
Returns are also not accepted for products that are damaged due to improper washing or care; hot water can cause the product to shrink or deform. Detailed information on how to proceed is provided in the "Care" section.
The order must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including thank you cards or gifts, if applicable.
Items to be returned must not show any signs of wear, such as scuffs, makeup stains, cologne, food odors, etc.
If the package meets the requirements to approve the return, the purchase amount will be entered except for shipping costs, if any.
Packages that do not meet the above requirements or are sent after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
